Dr. Frank Dornach
is researcher and consultant for the service industry. When scientific discussion about service quality emerged in the mid-1980s, he conducted academic research and held various lectureships. As editor of the nation-wide survey »Kundenmonitor Deutschland« he has been dealing with key drivers of highest customer satisfaction and has been developing service products for the enhancement of customer value and customer retention.
