Kundenmonitor Austria measures the satisfaction of Austrian consumers and was conducted for the first time in 2008 modelled on the design of Kundenmonitor Switzerland.

Study Design 2011

Methodology: Online-Interviews (CAWI: Computer Assisted Web Interview), conducted by ServiceBarometer AG in October 2011 using the constantly refined Kundenmonitor standard (since 1992)

Available scores: Table set with presentation of individual results for items concerning single providers and demographics, management summary with comparisons of providers

Universe/Sample: Quota sampling was used according to age and gender for the Austrian population, aged between 16 and 69, resident in private households. The sample was based on a current online panel (thus highest degree of independence of the sample could be guaranteed, for addresses were not provided by companies).

Survey extent: 4,600 persons were interviewed about 11 industries.
