

Kundenmonitor Switzerland is the cross-industry benchmarking survey for the Swiss B-to-C market published by KundenMonitor AG. The main research subjects are customer satisfaction, customer relations and the links between both. The survey was carried out in 2006, 2008 and 2010.

The sample was based a current access panel (thus highest degree of independence of the sample could be guaranteed, as addresses were not provided by companies). |
