Kundenmonitor Switzerland is the cross-industry benchmarking survey for the Swiss B-to-C market published by KundenMonitor AG. The main research subjects are customer satisfaction, customer relations and the links between both. The survey was carried out in 2006, 2008 and 2010.

Methodology: Online-Interviews (CAWI: Computer Assisted Web Interview), conducted by ServiceBarometer AG in the period between August and September 2011 using the constantly refined Kundenmonitor standard (since 1992)

Available scores: Table set with presentation of individual results for items concerning single providers and demographics, management summary with comparisons of providers

Universe/Sample:   Quota sampling was used according to age, gender and WEMF-region for the Swiss population, aged between 16 and 69, resident in private households in German-speaking and Western Switzerland (without Ticino). The sample was based a current access panel (thus highest degree of independence of the sample could be guaranteed, as addresses were not provided by companies).

Survey extent: 3,576 persons were interviewed about 9 industries.
